Your utility bill will include a return envelope, which you may use to mail your payment to the Utility Billing Office. Please do not staple your check to the provided remittance stub or mail cash.
Walk-in payments may be made in person at the Utility Billing Office. The Utility Billing Office is located at the north end of the Corsicana Government Center. In the Utility Billing office, cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit / debit cards as well as an assortment of ATM cards are acceptable forms of payment. For added convenience, a drive through window is available during normal business hours. A night drop is located west of the drive through window for after hour payments. Please do not leave a cash payment in the night drop.
In addition to in person payment options, the City offers two options to pay your bill electronically:
- The City's online bill payment service is a safe and secure way to pay your utility bill from the comfort of your home or business.
- Automatic bank drafting of your utility bill is available from a checking or savings account. If you would like to select this option for payment of your utility bill, please complete the Automatic Bank Draft Authorization Form (PDF) and return it to the Utility Billing Office.
Utility Rates
Your utility bill includes rates for water, wastewater, and refuse collection services. These rates are set by the City Council, and are incorporated with other fees and charges for services in the City's Chapter 13 Fee Schedule (PDF).
Late Penalties
Accounts with a past due balance are subject to late penalties and accounts with a past due balance not paid within three weeks of the due date are subject to service interruption and additional charges.
