To better serve the City’s customers and to protect City employees and assets, the Corsicana City Council recently voted to remodel the Utility Billing Office. The remodel has begun, and the Utility Billing office has been temporarily relocated. In addition, the drive through and the night drop will not be available during this time. Customers may continue to pay in person, if they choose to, at the receptionist desk inside the Government Center, next to the fountain. All other payment options still exist for our customers, including paying online. Other Utility Billing business may be conducted in the Conference Room of the Government Center, just down the hall from the Administration offices. Telephone numbers and/or e-mail addresses for office staff have not changed. It is anticipated that normal Utility Billing operations will resume no later than Monday, May 5, 2014.
In addition, the north entrance to the building will need to remain locked and inaccessible to employees and the public until further notice. Please enter the building from the front or south entrances.
