RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY

A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. to announce the opening of the SH 31 Relief Route and to recognize the entities involved in the process. (To be held at the west end of the Relief Route near the TxDOT building.)
