Recyclables are collected at the curbside for residential customers. Effective October 1, 2019 curbside recycling will be an optional service, costing $13.26 per month for residents who choose to recycle.

Items Accepted

  • Aluminum cans
  • Box board (cereal, cake, and cracker boxes)
  • Cardboard

  • Magazines / catalogs
  • Newspapers and inserts
  • Office and school papers
  • Phone books
  • Plastic bottles

Helpful Tips

  • Containers should be rinsed.
  • Flatten out cardboard boxes. If boxes are large (i.e., moving or appliance boxes), please cut them into smaller, more manageable sizes.
  • No caps or lids can be recycled. If left on containers, they become dangerous due to pressure built up when crushed. They become projectiles and can cause serious injury.
